Let new members sign themselves up with a QR code
Instead of collecting paper forms and typing them up, hand people a QR. They fill in their own details and land in your database automatically, tagged as a self sign-up.

Step by step
- 1
Get your sign-up QR and link
Your church has a stable self-registration QR and short link. It never changes, so you can print it once on a banner or card.
- 2
Share or print it
Put the QR on the screen, a flyer or a welcome card, or send the link. Anyone can scan it — no app needed.
- 3
They fill the form
The person enters their name and contact details (and gives SMS consent where required) and they’re added straight to your members, tagged “self registered”.
- 4
Welcome them automatically
A new sign-up can trigger a welcome message automatically, so every new member hears from the church without you lifting a finger. Filter by the self-registered tag to see who came in this way.
Questions
Do people need an account to sign up?
No. The QR opens a simple public form — the slug in the link is the only credential. They fill it in and they’re done.
