Send bulk SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and email to your church

One composer reaches your church on four channels — SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and email. Here’s how to send a campaign, see exactly who gets it and what it costs before you spend, and schedule it or set it recurring.

Updated July 2026

Step by step

  1. 1

    Pick who it goes to

Choose your audience: everyone, a specific group or cell, a marketing-contacts segment, or a hand-picked selection of members.

  2. 2

    Choose the channels

Send on any combination of SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and email. Telegram is free once members connect; SMS is metered per segment; email is a fraction of a credit.

  3. 3

    Write once, see the cost

Type your message (with merge fields like the member’s first name). The composer shows the live recipient count and total credits before you send — no surprises.

  4. 4

    Send now, schedule, or automate

Send immediately, schedule it for later, set it recurring, or trigger it on birthdays. You can also override the SMS sender name per send.

Questions

Which channels can I use, and what do they cost?

SMS (metered per 160-character segment), WhatsApp, Telegram (free once a member connects) and email (a fraction of a credit per send). You pick any combination per campaign and see the total before sending.

Can I schedule messages in advance?

Yes — send now, schedule for a date and time, set it recurring, or have it fire automatically on members’ birthdays.
