Build a digital order of service with a live follow-along QR

Replace the paper bulletin with a live order of service. Build the lineup, publish a QR the congregation scans, and as you move through the service every phone highlights where you are.

Updated July 2026

Step by step

  1. 1

    Build the lineup

Add each part of the service — welcome, songs and hymns, prayers, scripture, the sermon, vows, offering, benediction — each with a presenter, a duration and private leader notes. Reorder with the arrows.

  2. 2

    Import a printed programme

Already have a designed programme? Snap a photo or upload it and the AI turns it into the lineup for you to tidy up.

  3. 3

    Publish and share the QR

Publishing makes it public and mints a QR plus a short link (a one-time 100-credit cost; building and editing are free). Print the QR, show it on the screen, or send the link.

  4. 4

    Run it live

From the leader run-sheet, tap Start, then Next as you move along. Every open phone highlights the current item and shows what’s next — great for latecomers and visitors.

  5. 5

    Keep a leader run-sheet

The private run-sheet shows durations, cumulative times and your leader notes, and prints to a clean PDF for the people running the service.
