Welcome and track first-time visitors
First-timers deserve a warm follow-up, not a lost paper slip. A welcome QR captures visitors, keeps them in their own list, and lets you promote a returning face to a full member in one tap.

Step by step
- 1
Share the welcome QR
Put the visitor welcome QR on the guest desk or in the bulletin. It opens a short “welcome” form, separate from the member sign-up.
- 2
Visitors leave their details
A first-timer enters their name and contact, and where they’re visiting from. They’re saved as a visiting member, not mixed into your regular roster.
- 3
See your visitors
Everyone who came through the welcome form shows up in the Visiting list, so you can follow up while the visit is fresh.
- 4
Promote returning visitors
When a visitor keeps coming, promote them to a full member with one tap — no re-typing their details.
Questions
What’s the difference between the sign-up QR and the welcome QR?
The sign-up QR adds people straight to your members. The welcome QR captures first-time visitors into a separate visiting list so you can nurture them before promoting them.
