Design branded email templates and send them

Church emails should look like your church, not a plain text blast. Build a branded template once — blocks, logo, buttons, the member’s name — and reuse it every time.

Updated July 2026

Step by step

  1. 1

    Start a template

Open Email templates in the Membership studio and create a new one. You design it block by block, so no HTML knowledge is needed.

  2. 2

    Build it with blocks

Add hero, text, image and button blocks; drop in your logo and church colours; and personalise with merge fields like the member’s first name.

  3. 3

    Preview it

See exactly how the email will look before it goes out — the preview matches real inbox width, so nothing shifts when it lands.

  4. 4

    Save to reuse

Save the template to your library. You can recall it to edit, or start every future email from it, so your church emails stay consistent.

  5. 5

    Send from the template

Send a campaign straight from the template — pick your audience and it goes out to the group, no copy-pasting into the composer.

Questions

What does sending email cost?

Email is a fraction of a credit per send (much cheaper than SMS). Designing and saving templates is free.

Can I reuse a template?

Yes — saved templates live in your library, so you can recall and tweak one, or start each new email from it.
