Getting started: create your church on PostSermon

Everything in PostSermon hangs off your church. This first step sets it up and drops you at the studios — membership, services, events, sermon content and more.

Step by step

  1. 1

Sign in or create your account

If your church already subscribes to Scripture Live, sign in with the same account and your monthly credits work here automatically. Otherwise create a free account — you only need credits to run the paid features.

  2. 2

    Create your church

Give the church a name, pick its country and timezone. The country matters: Ghana churches send SMS and are phone-keyed, US churches are email-keyed. You can run more than one church (or branch) from the same account.

  3. 3

    Set your church details

Add the details that brand your outgoing messages — your display name, email sender and reply-to. These become the defaults every studio uses, so you set them once.

  4. 4

    Open the studios

From here you reach every workspace: Membership, Services & Programmes, Events, Sermon content, Website, Design and more. Turn on the “modes” you actually use and the rest stays out of the way.

Questions

Do I need a Scripture Live subscription?

No. You can use PostSermon on its own with a credit pack. A Scripture Live subscription simply grants you PostSermon credits every month automatically.

Can I manage more than one church or branch?

Yes. Add each church separately and switch between them from the church picker; members, events and messaging are kept per church.
