Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of PostSermon — the church operating system built by Scripture Live — and the messages churches send through it.

Accepting these terms
By creating a PostSermon account, or by receiving messages a church sends through PostSermon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
A PostSermon account is held by a church or its authorised staff. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
SMS terms
Who sends the messages. Text messages are sent by the church you signed up with, using PostSermon as its messaging platform. Each message identifies the church. PostSermon does not send you marketing messages of its own.
What the messages contain. Service announcements, event reminders and tickets, birthday greetings, devotionals, and church news.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Replying STOP to any message removes you from that church’s SMS list. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@scripturelive.app.
Consent. A church may only text you if you gave it express consent — by ticking the SMS consent box on its sign-up form, or by giving it your number for that purpose. Consent is never a condition of joining a church, registering for an event, or buying anything. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number: it is used only to send you that church’s messages, and is never sold, rented or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
A church’s responsibilities to its members
If you run a church account, you agree that:
- You will only add a phone number, email address or WhatsApp number that you are permitted to contact, and only send messages the recipient consented to receive.
- You will not use PostSermon to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages unrelated to your church.
- You will honour opt-outs. Members who reply STOP are removed automatically, and you will not re-add them without fresh consent.
- You own the relationship with your members and are responsible for the content of the messages you send.
We may suspend an account that sends messages in breach of these rules.
Credits and payment
PostSermon runs on credits. Features that cost credits show the cost before you spend them. Credits are bought in packs, priced in Ghana cedis (GHS), and charged through Paystack. Where a job produces less than you paid for — for example, when the AI finds fewer clip-worthy moments than you asked for — the difference is refunded to your credit balance automatically.
Credits are for use within PostSermon and have no cash value. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where a charge was made in error — contact us and we will put it right.
Your content
Your sermons, media, member data and everything you create with them remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and deliver that content in order to run the service for you — including sending it to the AI and delivery providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including any music, images or footage you add to clips and flyers.
AI-generated content
Transcripts, summaries, devotionals, book chapters, social posts and captions are produced by AI and can contain mistakes. Review anything before you publish or send it. You remain responsible for what you put out under your church’s name.
Acceptable use
Do not use PostSermon to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, harass anyone, upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to another church’s data.
Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. You may stop using PostSermon at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and notify church accounts by email of any material change.
